Our refrigerator stopped cooling late Friday evening. We saw Pacific Coast Appliance Repair listed on Yelp. We expected to get a message machine at 10:30 pm but instead Leo actually answered his phone. He was able to come out the following morning at 9:00 am. He arrived on time, was very professional, friendly, and HONEST. Exactly what his ad says….its all true. Within only 2.5 hours he had diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, picked it up and installed it….and our refrigerator was back up and running. His prices are very, very reasonable. We were expecting to pay double. He is very hardworking….answers his phone and makes service calls every day of the week as needed. You don’t find this kind of business very often.
