Leo was very responsive and professional when he came to repair a fried control panel on our stove. He struck us as being very trustworthy with a focus on quality, and also gave us numerous tips on how to avoid having the same problem again. I like that he’s an independent guy, and not Sears or some other large repair conglomerate (with lots of overhead!) We thought his repair prices were fair. We will definitely call Leo again if we have problems!
