The service was amazing! Leo came during the time window he told me to look at my Whirlpool washer, told me there could be 2 things wrong (one a $180 repair and the other $400 control panel), he told me he’d try the 1st repair and if it didn’t work he wouldn’t charge me. He ordered the part and came out the next day (earlier then he had projected). Unfortunately the part didn’t work and it wasn’t worth the more expensive repair but he didn’t charge me to try; only charge was for the initial service call even though he came out twice and put the time in to it. I would highly recommend him. Honest and reliable!
