Tom showed up at 9:15 (they gave us a window of 9-12), diagnosed that the problem was with the electric outlet (and NOT the dryer) within 15 minutes. He was professional, informative (answered my questions about our washer), and offered to come back out for free after the electrician fixes the outlet. Well worth $40 for the diagnosis; one of our new, favorite vendors we will recommend to our friends & family.
