Caution. We contacted this repair place because our dryer wasn’t heating. My husband asked for a quote to repair our dryer that stopped heating. He was told $220. Husband said “but you didn’t even look at it yet, how do you know it’s $220 to repair it?”. He was then told it was $55 to diagnose it. So I went onto Yelp today and asked a bunch of companies for a quote. When I saw this company I asked if quoting $220 was normal before even seeing the appliance and he said it was for an ignighter. But he hasn’t even determined that I have a problem with an igniter. So then he revised his statement…see pic. I’m not saying these guys are bad. But I felt it was worth noting my experience that made me say…NO THANKS. Hope they are honest guys. Sounds like a couple other reviewers had a similar experience. Had to give stars to leave a review. Gave 3 because I don’t want to harm their business but they certainly need to reevaluate their business practices.
