Timely, professional and courteous.
I have used them three times on my investment property. The second time I asked them to come in, they look at my appliance, shared that it was not worthy of repair and did not even charge me for the call. (and no they don’t sell replacement appliances so the recommendation was not financially motivated). But the main point is that they show up and fix the problem as promised. Tenants are happy. So am I.
