PCAR was a good call. I called (and also scheduled online) on a Friday evening, and they responded right away. They came out the next day (Saturday), on time, and had the job done in about an hour. The technician did the job the right way — trouble shot the simplest (and least expensive) fix first, reassembled the dryer, and tested it. He didn’t try to sell me the more expensive part before he put everything back together and checked his fix. I’d say he cleaned the inside of the dryer, but he nearly white glove detailed the darn thing while it was apart. He even showed me what was broken before he fixed it. I was really impressed with everything. He clearly took pride in his job. Class act. Even good enough for me to log on to yelp and give them my first review 🙂
