I just edited this review. Why?? because, I spoke with Nicole, one of the owners and we had a long conversation about the review that I left. She thought it was a very informative review, that she is now using as a teaching tool for her employees. Which I appreciate, I also appreciate that Nicole took the time to reach out to me and let me know that she heard me and wanted to address the situation. I used to own my own small business and I know what it is like to have a bad review, it makes you feel awful. The fact that she called to make it right, meant a lot. And I do feel confident in using Pacific Coast Appliance repair in the future.
