When our technician arrives within the scheduled window, they’ll conduct a thorough inspection of your appliance. We believe in transparency, and our technician will provide an honest assessment of the issue. If it’s a complex problem or not worth repairing, we’ll let you know.

🔧 Repair

You’ll receive a detailed repair estimate, giving you a clear picture of the required fixes and associated costs. Once you approve the estimate, our skilled technician can proceed with the repair. Rest assured, your appliance is in capable hands.

Diagnostic Service Call Fee

Effective October 1st, 2021, Pacific Coast Appliance Repair introduces the following diagnostic service call fees:

  • Top and bottom Refrigerators
  • Washers
  • Dryers
  • Ovens
  • Ranges
  • Stoves
* Except these brands Sub zero, Thermador, Viking, Bosch, Fisher&Paykel, Miele, Wolf, Dacor, DCS, Samsung, LG top and bottom refrigerators.

$95 Diagnostic service
call fee covers

  • Microwaves
  • Built-in and French-door Refrigerators
  • Built-in Ovens
  • Including these brands Subzero, Thermador, Viking, Bosch, Fisher&Paykel, Miele, Wolf, Dacor, DCS, Samsung, and LG top and bottom refrigerators

$170 Diagnostic Service Fee for Stacked Laundry Units and Built In Ovens

*May require 2 tech or special Tools for Built-in Ovens.
*Built-in Refrigerators are exempt and Estimates are given by Technicians.

  • Credit Card: Please note, there is an additional 3% fee for credit card payments.

Cancellation/No-Show/Late Appointment Policy

💸 Fees: To ensure efficient service, please be aware of our fees.

🕒 Cancellation Guidelines: For cancellations, kindly notify us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations outside this timeframe may incur a $35.00 fee.

🏠 No-Show Fee: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, a no-show fee of $35.00 will be applied.

👥 Customer Responsibility: To facilitate in-home services, an individual aged 18 or older must be present throughout the service period. Failure to have an adult present may lead to service denial and a $35.00 cancellation fee.
