$85 Diagnostic service

- Top and bottom refrigerators
- Washers

- Ovens
- Ranges
- Stoves
* Except for these brands Sub Zero, Thermador, Viking, Bosch, Fisher&Paykel, Miele, Wolf, Dacor, DCS, Samsung, and LG top and bottom refrigerators.
$95 Diagnostic service
call fee covers
- Microwaves
- Built-in and French-door Refrigerators
- Built-in Ovens
- Including these brands Subzero, Thermador, Viking, Bosch, Fisher&Paykel, Miele, Wolf, Dacor, DCS, Samsung, and LG top and bottom refrigerators
$170 Diagnostic Service Fee for Stacked Laundry Units and Built In Ovens
*May require 2 tech or special Tools for Built-in Ovens.
*Built-in Refrigerators are exempt and Estimates are given by Technicians.
Cancellation/No-Show/Late Appointment Policy
Fees: To ensure efficient service, please be aware of our fees.
Cancellation Guidelines: For cancellations, kindly notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations outside this timeframe may incur a $35.00 fee.
No-Show Fee: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, a no-show fee of $35.00 will be applied.
Customer Responsibility: To facilitate in-home services, an individual aged 18 or older must be present throughout the service period. Failure to have an adult present may lead to service denial and a $35.00 cancellation fee.
