We came home to a broken 3 yr old Viking refrigerator, leaking water, food was warm and ruined, we panicked and thank God for Yelp we didn’t need to wait long to get the repair taken care of. We called after hours last night and the technician showed up at noon, much earlier than expected, he knew and explained what was wrong, replaced the Viking inverter compressor part, repaired and cleaned, we are back to using our fridge, we dislike Viking appliances very much now, but thats what we have and now we know who to call next time.
