I highly recommend Pacific Coast! The water filter on my refrigerator was broken so I requested a quote through Yelp and Nicole (owner) responded in less than 5 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive/less than the other quotes I received. I called and Nicole answered and knew who I was right away. She was very friendly and scheduled the next available appointment which was the following day on a Saturday. Ben, the technician, came during the time frame allotted and was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were multiple issues with my water filter and one required a part that he did not have. He checked for inventory and was able to come back on Monday to replace it. In the meantime so that I would not be without any drinking water, he was creative with a workaround that allowed me to access the drinking water until he came back to fix the part. He also took the time to explain to me what caused the problem and how to maintain my water filter to prevent future issues. I will definitely be calling Pacific Coast again for all my future appliance issues!
