I contacted Pacific Coast Appliance Repair on Saturday through Yelp and received a prompt response from their office to schedule an appointment. They had an opening on Sunday between 3;00 PM and 6:00 PM. I received a text from the technician alerting me that he will arrive at my house by 3:00 PM. Ben was polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my Viking microwave, had the parts in his tool kit, and successfully had it repaired in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company
