I called PCAR at 10:45 am on a Saturday morning. My oven would not work and after changing the water filter in my refrigerator I could not get the water dispenser to work. Nicole said a serviceman would be out between 1 and 4 PM. Ben showed up at 1 pm and promptly fixed the problem with the oven. He simply turned the power off at the electrical panel, waited a minute, and turned it back on. He could have lied and told me I needed a new control board, which costs $600, and charged me more labor. However, he was honest. Having a repair service you can trust is a big deal. Ben also discovered the new water filter I had just installed was defective. Again he could have told me I needed extensive repairs, but was honest about a simple fix. I am having a dinner party tomorrow, so having someone honest and competent provide same day service was greatly appreciated. Thanks Ben.
