I called yesterday to make an appointment to have my washing machine fixed. It was making noises that concerned me about it breaking down. Tom came out promptly at the designated time and got right to work. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, competent professional, and pleasant. He fixed the machine replacing a part and it runs well now. The charges were reasonable. I took several of his cards for neighbors of mine who might need appliances repaired. I highly recommend him and will now contact him for all of my appliance needs. Service was exceptional!
