In early May my refrigerator stopped working so I contacted Pacific Coast Appliance repair.  They came out and determined that the compressor relay needed to be replaced.  I was charged for the parts and labor and given a warranty for the new parts.  A few weeks later the refrigerator stopped working again.  I called PCA repair again, they came out and determined that I needed a new compressor ($500+).  I decided not to have the work done, so I was told that I would be receiving a refund for the relay since it was under warranty.  I had all but forgotten and a few weeks later I received a check in the mail.  I will definitely keep their number handy for future repairs.
