OUTSTANDING!
I have used PCAR three times now. Sean (owner?) answers the phone on the first ring. There are no menus to select through, no elevator music to listen to, no being on hold forever; just FAST RESPONSE!
The Service Technician, Tom has come to both of my properties. He is quiet and unassuming. He works like an appliance doctor, diagnosing and healing the problem. Tom comes with all the tools necessary to get the job done in one call. He is conscientious about keeping the area neat from spills, damage, etc. He fixed our refrigerators all three times!
PCAR’s prices are fair as well. Their house call fee is applied to any repair they perform. I don’t bother with store extended service plans or mfg warranties, I JUST CALL PCAR!!!
