Today I called for repair service on my 2 year old Samsung Dryer. They sent Ben a repair man who arrived and immediately and began working. Ben knew exactly what he was doing, no hesitation, opened up the dryer and diagnosed the problem. He had the spare part with him and replaced it immediately.
