Our 13-year old-dryer sounded like it was on its way out. We’ve always had great experiences with Pacific Coast Appliance Repair so we called them again. They sent out their technician, Ben, the very same day. He was friendly, professional, and diagnosed the problem very quickly. We expected it would take several days to get the parts and fix the problem, but Ben came back the next morning and took care of everything. The price was reasonable and we are confident in Ben’s work. We are so impressed with this company and with Ben! This is the only appliance repair company we will ever deal with.
