When my refrigerator broke, I called Pacific Coast Appliance Repair Company after seeing so many good reviews on yelp. When I called, Leo answered (he’s the owner and the repairman) and he scheduled for repair right away. He said he could come that day, which was surprising cause it was already after work hours. We scheduled for the following day. He was on time, he’s friendly (in a very polite way) and figured out what the problem was quickly. He had the parts with him and fixed the refrigerator right on the spot. Leo was professional, fast, and the repair didn’t cost too much.

Next day I noticed my refrigerator was working fine but the freezer wasn’t cooling. I called the company around 9:30 pm thinking I would just leave a message, but Leo picked up the phone and scheduled another appointment right away. Again, he arrive on time, looked at it, and told me additional to the two parts he installed, he needed to put coolant (pretty sure it was called something else, can’t remember) because it was low. Not only he refiled it free of charge, he also ran through the pipes with sealing agent to make sure they was no leak. Free of charge. Leo is great, very good at his job, down to earth, just an overall honest hard working guy.
