Based on Yelp reviews I gave these guys a chance and everything went smoothly. Appointment time within one day; 4 hour window but notified ahead of time as requested.
Tom the technician was polite and got right to work and my dishwasher was fixed within an hour and the Yelp coupon was honored so I was very happy.
