My GE dryer had some problems with some strange noise and a burning smell. I called Pacific Coast Appliance Repair and was given a 3-hour window appointment between 9 a.m to 12 a.m. At 10 a.m, Tom, the technician came and about an hour and 15 minutes later, my dryer was good to use again. I gave a 5-star review for this service because when I called, there was an actual person answered the phone, unlike some other companies that had no one getting back to me until hours or days later. Then when the technician (Tom) came, he had a very good earnest and courteous working attitude. I even had some questions about my washer answered as a bonus. He seems very knowledgeable about his business. I would use this company service again and would recommend them to people I know. The Yelp $25 coupons was also honored.
