Very Pleased! My 3 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher top rack broke ( plastic). After viewing the other posts on this site I called and was scheduled the next day. Tom ( the tech) came out..took one look, gave me the price of parts and labor ($180) and said he had the parts on the truck!! No second trip necessary! He told me this is a very common problem . He replaced the parts with metal clad ones which should last much longer. I forgot there was a Yelp coupon online but still happy to have this problem off my list.
