A nice technician came to my home the very next day after I called for my leaking washing machine. He access my issue and needed a part that would be available the next day. He came back the next day and once he install the part, realized that my washing machine was basically doomed and wasn’t worth (financially) fixing and better off buying a new machine. I appreciated the honesty and being mindful of not wasting my time.
