The owner has terrible business and customer service skills. He tried to rip me off and I don’t recommend this company for anybody who wants honest people working for them.  
My fridge problem was never resolved and I was still charged a diagnostic fee. The tech simply powered down my fridge, waited 15 minutes, powered it back on and couldn’t find the problem so he left and told me to call back when I had recordings of the noises.
When I called back to say the problem had persisted they said I would be charged another diagnostic fee because it had been 32 days, 2 days over the limit for servicing the same repair. When I tried to explain my situation the owner immediately argued with me and didn’t want to listen or help find a solution. I told him I would rather take my business elsewhere where I wouldn’t be ripped off and would be treated with respect.
I highly recommend not using this place!!!
