Last week technician from PCAR came and fixed our ice maker which wasn’t working for couple years already, other companies were giving me an estimate for a new ice maker, but Mike checked it carefully and found and showed me that the there was a clog in the line and at no time he cleaned it out. I am glad that I took my chance and agreed for $60 diagnostic as it worth it and it was applied toward complete repair cost. Thank you Mike!
