Ben texted to advise he would be arriving as scheduled. He was courteous, professional and knows his business. He diagnosed the problem on Friday as the evaporator drip pan rusted and leaking. The pan had to be ordered. Ben returned on Monday and did a great job replacing the evaporator drip pan and cleaned up after the job. I am happy with his efficiency, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned to fix the leak by replacing the evaporator drip pan.
