I called on Tuesday and told him everything we’ve been thru with another company and haven’t been able to do laundry and he fit us into schedule for the next day. I asked him if they were experts with stackables and he said yes. My hubby wanted to assist the tech so we scheduled it for Saturday. The tech did things that the previous company we used did not do and discovered it is a board. The problem is there are 2 boards and they are over $500 each. The tech shows you the website part price and breakdown of labor. With there being 2 he recommended replacing the set bec there’s no way of knowing which board is bad and the price of 2 boards puts you at being a couple of hundred shy of a brand new set. The owner did not charge us a single penny for our visit which is normally $85. The only con is that I bought a YELP voucher to use expecting to pay. We are thankful for his honesty and not charging us! We highly recommend this company for their honesty and integrity and speedy response!!! Thank you!!! I’ll be gifting this voucher I bought when I hear someone needs it 😉
