Leo is phenomenal. Our Viking oven wasn’t working when we bought our place. We called Leo and he came on a Sunday for no extra charge. He was on time, efficient, had the parts he needed, and knew exactly what the problem was. He had the new parts installed and the oven working in under an hour. The cost was significantly lower than I expected it to be.
When our ice/water dispenser stopped working on our fridge, there was no question who we were going to call. Leo ordered the replacement part that he thought was causing the problem, but it turned out that wasn’t the issue. He spent almost 2 hours working through what it could be and finally determined what the problem was. I feel like most people would’ve thrown their hands in the air and told us it wasn’t fixable. He didn’t charge us for the incorrect part and refused any payment until he comes back and gets it working.
He is an honest, hardworking, lovely human being. We will go to him for all appliance issues in the future.
