Checked Yelp for local reviews & once again the people have recommended another great local business. Called at 10:30am on a Saturday for Pacific Coast Appliance to inspect my Maytag dishwasher. Leo said he’d be able to come by between 2-4pm the same day. I was super surprised. He called at 1pm to ask if he could come early (even better for me) and he was at my place at 1:30pm and finished inspecting my dishwasher in less than a hour. Turns out that I’ll need a new dishwasher (vs. repairing), but knowing that the electrical components behind the dishwasher was functioning well gave me piece of mind (this was the second dishwasher I had replaced in 4 years, but it’s acceptable since I purchases low cost dishwashers in the past). Leo also recommended the type of dishwasher I should buy (older model without the electronic panel – knob turn type since the last two dishwashers has electrical panel problems… A really good tip). Overall a quick and easy repair service call experience. Leo is great. I will call him again if I have any appliance issues. Don’t forget to mention you found him on Yelp.
