Read reviews here and decided to try Pacific Coast. My 7 year old front load LG washer had leaked water through the front door and flooded laundry room. Made an appointment with Leo on Friday for Saturday afternoon. He called me on Saturday morning and said his schedule allowed him to come in the morning instead if I would like. Jumped on that, the sooner the better.
After running a cycle for a few minutes, Leo said that my machine was sending too much water into the drum. He said either the sensor was not reading the fill correctly or the hose that relieves the air pressure was bad. So he took off the top and found that the hose had a pinhole in it, enough to cause the sensor not to sense fill level. He had a hose in his truck and repaired it quickly, tested it to see everything was back in order and was done in about an hour.
Truly amazing! I pictured someone coming out and telling me I needed a new door and gasket and God knows what else!
Leo is so nice and so personable and most of all knows his stuff! Hard to find someone this good! So glad I read all of the reviews…in this case they are SO TRUE!
