Should have gone with my gut when the female who answered the phone got testy with me for simply asking about having the dryer fixed on the same visit as the quote.
Saw glowing reviews here for LEO but they sent TOM who only has one.
The receptionist didn’t give him the Serial numbers that she insisted I provide over the phone, so he didn’t have the parts as I had hoped. Also, he didn’t want to do the job when he quoted $300 to fix just the dryer bearings.
Basically rude service all the way around, within minutes of my first call, the owner (Sean) emailed me to clarify that the Yelp coupon was not toward the visit, just applied toward repair. Should have seen that as a red flag for sure.
