I have a six year old Viking refrigerator that was having freezer issues.  The freezer cools were icing up every few weeks.  I would defrost them but then it would ice up again and again.  According to The Viking website there are no certified Viking service providers in Southern California.  There is a repair place that I have used multiple times that charge a service fee of $140.  I decided to try these guys based on the yelp reviews.  The service fee to come and check it out was $60.  I had emailed Sean the pictures detailing the freezer issue.  I fully expected the service tech to arrive and tell us that he didn’t have the part and would need to come back.  That is the kind of luck I have.  However they apparently looked at my pictures and had the part with them.  It has been two to three weeks since they fixed my freezer issue and the freezer cools haven’t iced up again.  I am glad I called them and I think I found a reasonably priced service company that can fix my VIking appliances.  Easy five stars for me.
