I am quite tardy in posting this review as we have used PCAR several times over the years with great satisfaction. Yesterday we called them out because I had left a gold chain necklace in the pocket of jeans I then laundered. All the clothes came out after the wash, but no necklace was found in the tub. The PCAR Tech arrived later that day, removed the tub of the washing machine and voila! There was the neckace to our great joy! He then left. The following day I commenced with laundry duties and found that the washer (Maytag Centennial) was neither agitating during wash nor spinning. I called PCAR and the tech came back. He recalibrated the ROM (the computer memory of the machine) and it now back to working as normal. Thank you Pacific Coast Appliance Repair!!
By the way, the return visit was at no cost.
