My washing machine had its water pump fail. Pacific Coast was able to send someone out in a timely manner. He replaced the pump and was clean and efficient in his work. He even showed me the old part and where it had failed. I asked him to look into an issue I am having with my refrigerator’s Ice maker. He said he would check into it and get back to me. He did follow up a day or two later. I find that to be rare these days and trust this company to be honest and their prices seem reasonable.
