We had a great experience with Pacific Coast. Our fridge broke the day after Christmas and they were the only company in our area willing to come look at it before the New Year. Our technician Ben was exactly on time to what he said he’d arrive and spend extra time trying to fix the broken part so we wouldn’t have to wait for the part to ship. Unfortunately we still had to order some stuff(our fridge is old) but he made plans to come out on a SUNDAY to get us up and running for the work week. I’m so grateful for his willingness to come outside normal business hours. He also fixed a leaky waterline for us at no extra charge.
