I must say that PCAR is a knowledgeable and full service repair service. On this particular visit, I had a malfunctioning gas range. They diagnosed the problem which resulted in me choosing to purchase a new range rather than go through the trouble of actually repairing an older range. Although I didn’t use their service more than an initial assessment, I could tell that their service rep, Tom, knew what he was doing. Had the cost of repair been more cheaply done, I would have definitely let PCAR make the repair. If you have a service issue and you need an assessment, then PCAR is a good choice.
