I had an error code on my refrigerator and originally was going to have Electrolux come out to fix it. They didn’t answer the phone on a Saturday. Their loss.
I looked on yelp and read all the reviews about Pacific Coast and sent a message to see what was involved. They were so nice and confirmed an appointment for the same day.
They quoted me a 3-6 pm window for the technician. He arrived right at 3 which was amazing. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Sears for other repairs and it was a very welcome change.
Ben, the technician, was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He checked out my fridge and didn’t pressure me into any repairs. He was extremely honest and said to try doing some things to see if it fixed it on its own. He also gave me an estimate for what might me breaking (the board) which was reasonable. It was a well spent $60 – which they will apply toward a future repair.
I’m so happy I found this company and they’re locally owned. I highly recommend them and will be giving them my business in the future.
