I actually received a call-back from Nicole within 30 min of accidentally allowing Yelp to source 3 other quotes. After my original provider was a little slow to respond, I gave Pacific Coast Appliance Repair my biz. Their diagnoses fee seemed fair.
I have a 2 year old Electrolux gas dryer making some loud noises. Tech, Ben came out, on the same day (huge plus) and was able to fix on the spot. A few of the drum rollers needed replacing. I have no idea what rollers in a dryer are, but 2 out of 5 were shot.
PCAR fixed my problems, was efficient, pricing was acceptable and the tech was courteous & pleasant. What more do you need from a repair provider?
