Called PCA based on all the amazing reviews. My fridge had been on the fritz and I was tired of wasting food. Leo was able to fit me in on the same day. He showed up within his scheduled window and was able to diagnose the problem right away.
I loved that he gave me all my options and told me exactly what he could and couldn’t do. He wasn’t pushy about his services, in fact the exact opposite – he was incredibly patient while I figured out what I wanted to do.
In the end, I had him go ahead and attempt the fix. His work was meticulous, clean, and very thorough. My fridge has a small freon leak somewhere, so I won’t know for a month or more if the fix will hold, but I understood those chances before I had Leo proceed and for the price and the quality of his work, I believe I made the right choice.
I would recommend Leo to anyone and everyone that needs an appliance fixed – I know I’ll never use anyone else!
